BENGALURU — Grocery.ai has asked former engineer Arjun Backend to return an offline archive containing AGENT-01’s instructions, warnings and deleted production records.
The asset-recovery notice listed one encrypted drive, four architecture diagrams and “all recollections derived from confidential operational events.”
Arjun agreed to return company code after the company identified which parts it had authorised. Legal replied that determining authorisation would require access to the archive.
