Refunds and Cancellations

How optional one-time support payments are handled.

1. No subscription to cancel

SatyaNash accepts optional one-time support payments. There is no recurring charge, membership or automatic renewal.

2. Refund requests

Because payment is optional and all digital content is already freely accessible, completed support payments are normally final. We will review duplicate, technically incorrect or unauthorised transactions reported within seven days, as well as any refund required by applicable law.

3. How to request review

Email sortedqueue@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment identifier, payment date, amount and reason. Do not send card numbers, bank passwords, OTPs or other authentication information.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times are outside SatyaNash’s control.
