BENGALURU — Pivot Prakash has raised ₹120 crore for C-Sense™, an enterprise platform based on four questions available in Arjun Backend’s free spreadsheet.
The paid version adds colour-coded readiness levels, executive dashboards and a consultant certification programme explaining the questions over twelve weeks.
Human Resources Devi designed a maturity score that rewards organisations for completing the form, regardless of whether the answers agree.
“Common sense is free. Governed C-Sense is an enterprise category.”
Arjun asked why the platform needed artificial intelligence. Prakash said AI would recommend more strategic wording when a clear answer appeared insufficiently transformational.
Early customers requested role-based exceptions. Executives wanted authority without consequences; departments wanted success without ownership; consultants wanted the process never to end.
C-Sense accepted the requests and became considerably easier to buy and less able to prevent contradictions.
Investors praised the balance between usefulness and enterprise requirements, meaning the useful part could still be found under Settings.
