GURUGRAM — C-Sense has blocked Human Resources Devi’s latest AI-readiness workshop after detecting the phrase voluntary mandatory attendance in its launch policy.
The system asked whether employees could decline. HR answered yes. It then asked whether declining had consequences. HR answered only developmental ones.
