MUMBAI — A product manager has scheduled a recurring ninety-minute workshop to identify the root cause of excessive meetings across the organisation.

The session includes a pre-read, a pre-meeting alignment call and a retrospective to evaluate whether the meeting about meetings required more meetings.

Employees may submit feedback through a form that will be reviewed during the weekly feedback-form review.
